Multi Monitors problem

I’m having an issue with the Intel OSX version of Ardour. I am a Multi Monitor User. Typically I have a edit window on one monitor and a mixer on another window. With Ardour whenever I use the second monitor odd things happen. If I right click to add an insert. The drop down menu show up on the first monitor. If I open I patched insert it will open on the primary monitor with the top half of the plug-in off screen. And sometimes i get locked out of the interface.

We are aware of this bug, and we cannot fix it at present. The problem is not in Ardour’s code but in the GUI toolkit that we use (GTK). There are deeper issues with multi-monitor than this, but I am optimistic that they might be fixed in the future. I apologize for the inconvenience that this causes.
