Hi
Just installed Ardour 4.1 to take advantage of the new ‘save as’ functionality that works a treat.
Unfortunately, when I try to open a session, I get the message:
Could not reconnect to the Audio/MIDI engine
I think jackdbus normally starts when my system boots. If I kill this process I can then start Ardour, and load my session. But as a result of killing jackdbus I can see any Hydrogen inputs and I can’t switch Ardour from ‘internal’ to ‘jack’.
Any clues? Thanks in advance
I would recommend sticking around on IRC for longer next time 
Thought I might try rolling back to 4.0 and rebooting, but that hasn’t helped. I’ll get back on IRC
