How do I set up pre and postroll

Hi all,

I can’t find any way to set a more “static” preroll on the transport on Ardour.
I need to set for example 3 seconds preroll whenever I start playback or record.
Either I am blind or this is not implemented in Ardour? :slight_smile: scratching my head
I do not need punch-in or punch-out, just a preroll whenever starting playback
or starting recording.

Any ideas anyone?

you are correct that this isn’t implemented.
