Hi! Not load the project.
The last used to work before. Is there somewhere a program that corrects errors in the project file?
The .bak file does not work.
I’ve often fallen into this problem, but now I do not want to leave ! I need this project !

I’ve got the same problem on Ardour 3. I can’t load an old project neither recover the baked files.
It seems that’s a very well known bug. You can read below a french warning about it (for those who can) :
"Cette version contient un gros bug qui empêche l’ouverture d’une session précédemment sauvegardée de retrouver à la fois le chemin de la session de l’utilisateur et aussi le chemin où sont stockées les régions audio et MIDI.

Il est donc conseillé de compiler ardour depuis le git où de nouveaux commits correctifs ont été appliqués. Vous trouverez les informations nécessaires sur la page Ardour 3 Compilation.
N’essayez pas de lancer ardour en root cela ne fonctionnera pas "
