Hopefully a simple question…
I’ve been following along with this guide for hooking up drumgizmo inside of ardour: http://libremusicproduction.com/tutorials/setting-and-using-drumgizmo-ardour
My issue is that everything works, but I get no sound from my first tom. I can see that it’s registering (yellow spike on the db meter when it’s struck), but no sound is being produced. I’m new to hooking this up, but I’m assuming that the midi note for the tom isn’t correctly linked to the right sound in the VST (drumgizmo’s DRSKit), however I don’t know what the process is for correcting it. Can someone help me configure the tom?

drum kit is a Yamaha DTX430k
Ardour was installed via apt on Ubuntu 14.04
