I’ve noticed on the Ardour 5.x series that the menu bar is not properly exported for use in the global menu under unity-gtk’s dbus module. Has this functionality been removed or purposely disabled?
We have done nothing to deliberately interfere with this. When did it last work?
(Presumably you’re aware that GNOME/Unity has more or less dropped the global menu concept?)
Yes, I have heard of the changes being made to the Unity interface and direction they’re going in. Ardour 4 is the last version in which the menu export properly works.
