Is there any option for hearing the track during realtime export?

If you want that, just create a new track; disconnect its inputs & outputs; connect the outputs of the master bus to the new track. rec-enable the track, then press record and roll. You’ll be listening … the track will record what you hear. Then just export that one track when you’re all done, in whatever format you want.
