download and payment

Hi,
I made a payment yesterday of $1.00 and just wanted to check if I am able to get the upgrade from the free version.

In the payment email i only received an invoice number, not a 32 letter number invoice id.

Please advise what the best thing to do is, I’m keen to get this program running and and happy to pay a small cost.

If you were signed in when you paid, you should be able to download the supported version.

The full-version is a separate download. Basically uninstall the demo, install the full version (installing the full version will ask to remove older versions).
That confirmation email should have a download link at the bottom, if it doesn’t please contact downloads@ardour.org by email.
