This is a question came up to my mind today. I still haven’t checked on the manual, I’m asking here first to know if somebody ever did it.
Put the fact I have 4 tracks recorded at say 130 bpm.
Then I want to add another track but with all the others slowed down to say 90 bpm. So with the whole song going slower.
Is it possible to do it?

Not in 1 step with audio. You’d need to set the tempo (map) appropriately, and then timestretch them with the grid set (probably) to beats.
Ardour does not currently automatically stretch/fit audio material based on tempo.
