Just an idea …
How about adding context sensitive help thoughout
the application, but with a twist …
Instead of linking to an obsolete static help
file, link the keystroke to an individual
Wiki entry on your site.
That way users could add there 2c about how to
use each individual function or help further
explain the meaning of an error message etc.
