i wish to know how i can start/play Jack (and all the application) and start ardour to record. So that i can record in syncronitation. thanks

Rosegarden has a setting window where you can disable the option (jack as time master). I don’t remember the exact sequence, I am at work now, but I am sure you can find it.

you’re probably talking about the “Time Master”. It’s to the right of the secondary time display. Above “Time Master” you can set it (normally “internal”) to jack. If you open up other apps and set them to jack time master, all apps are synchronized.
Sometimes this is the default, e.g. in Rosegarden, where I have no clue how to disable this, but it doesn’t matter here.
When Ardour is set to jack time master, just click play and all applications will start sample-synchronized. If you want to record , you have to to activate record in all applications.
