I solved this bug:
Pango-ERROR **: Unable to open font file /Library/Fonts/Blackmoor LET Fonts for font Lucida Grande Semi-Bold 27.9990234375, exiting
So Ardour never starts!
After you give order to create a new session/open an old session (in Ardour Session Control), while software is loading, Ardour will crash at the start!!!
I solved:
I apply the extension “.dfont” to the file name “Blackmoor LET Fonts” that becomes “Blackmoor LET Fonts.dfont” (simply renaming it)
The file is in the folder: HD/Library/Fonts/
I did in this way because I always “taste” that Mac has some problems to open several files that keep quite long file-name not supported by the explicited extension.
