I built ardour 2.8 on an Italian distribution and so… it was in Italian (usually I have a system in English)… I noticed many menus are mixed up, some are completely missing and some translations are quite wrong.
As I am bilingual I would be happy to help improving, not sure how though.

the actual Italian translation is quite old and not complete at all
I just finished to update the new one. I think it will embedded with the next Ardour’s version.
