....change the key of an imported track

I know I have done this before… how do I take an existing track and drop from say a key of G to F and if I need to go another step down to E?

Help, I just guess my coffee hasn’t set in yet.

According to http://ardour.org/node/1455 and http://ardour.org/new_editing_model you should be able to use Rubber Band to pitch shift by pressing F6. However on my 2.8.1 it was F5.
