hi,
I would like a confirmation that M-Audio FIrewire 410 is compatible with Linux-(k)ubuntu? I think yes, but If someone has this audio external device and could use this without problems...

I have decided to change my audio device, because I did not find any possibility to use my M-Box Digidesign with linux...

thanx

firewire audio devices utilizing the bebob (i think that's what it's called) chipset are supported by the freebob project. the freebob site doesn't specifically mention the firewire410; but, it does list the m-audio firewire solo. it's possible that these two devices use the same chipset... but, like i said, the freebob page doesn't specifically mention the 410.
