Will all these things get along? Has anyone used this or another Firewire mixer with Ardour?

… on whether or not the FreeBob project supports the device, which in turn means, for the time being, whether or not the device uses the Bridge Co. “BeBob” chipset for its firewire audio support. Almost all devices that do can be used with Ardour, although configuring your system to do so is not trivial (it involves building quite a few pieces of infrastructure from source code).
