goto start of the session and goto end of session does not map to a midi controller

Greetings All

The icons for
Goto start of the session and goto end of session does not map to a midi controller however the play and record does.

I’m using Ardour 2.8.6 revision 6550 on ubuntu 64 linux

2.8.6 should be considered basically obsolete at this time.

There are standard MIDI messages for goto-start and goto-end, as part of the MIDI Machine Control specification, and Ardour will respond to those.

This issue is fixed in Ardour 3 (not yet released) - it will likely not be modified in Ardour 2.X.
