I co-composed and recorded music for a short film called Sugartown earlier this year, which recently won the award for Best Music and Sound at the 2011 HollyShorts Film Festival in Los Angeles. The score was recorded and mixed with Ardour 2 (although I’m not sure what the sound editor used for the final mix). This is my 2nd score recorded with Ardour and 2nd win at HollyShorts! I wish I could provide a link to an online copy but it can only be shown in festivals at this time. There is a video of an interview with JT Mollner (the director) and I, shortly after winning the award (ours starts at about the 6:00 mark).
