Paypal lists my ardour subscription as expired in December.
“My account” at here lists “Current subscription status” as “already subscribed”.
Am I sending money? (I think I do not.)
What am I doing wrong?
How to resolve this situation?
@naxa: paypal’s notification to use of subscription status leaves a LOT to be desired. they suspend subscriptions against my explicit instructions, fail to notify ardour.org of new subscriptions, cancelled subscriptions, end subscriptions, etc. Let me know your old subscription ID or the email address you use with paypal and i’ll clear out your old subscription from the records here.
