I used Ardour 3.3 to Mix film inside Ardour for the first time! Awesome for sure. There where a couple hiccups but not bad all around. I will detail that later in another forum post.

I’m setting up a new system with ardour 3.3 and I plan to make sound for several films. Every info is appreciated.
There will be a trailer coming out for an open animation I am doing SFX for here most likely this week in A3. More info on that after it happens, but I will also hopefully be typing up a couple of posts on shortcomings in Linux audio, etc. from the standpoint of this animation as well, but also addressing some niceties about it, and A3 is a huge step in the right direction in this regards. Not complete yet, and may never be as I am sure the programmers of Live, ProTools, etc. feel like their work is never done, but Robin should especially be congratulated by many people for his work especially to bring Ardour to this arena in a new way.
