For those of you who havnt been able to get the eq10q plugin working (crashes ardour when opening the gui)
Its pretty simple to get working.
Remove the eq10q plugin directory (use locate to find it)
Download source code from sourceforge.
make sure you have the nessesary dependancies installed.
and build the source code as per the instructions.

I tried before but it would still not work, it seems that in my case removing the plugin manually before installing from source got it working .
You could probably just use synaptic to remove the plugin but i found it easier to just delete the files and install the source.
