How to insert space in the middle of a song?

Sorry, I’m sure this has been asked a lot of times, but…

How can I insert space in the middle of a song? I mean: move all regions in all tracks after the edit-point by an amount to the right?

Selecting all of the regions via mouse is really annoying…
